The XM-21 Professional Immersion Blender by Sammic is built to perform in busy foodservice kitchens. And perform it does with a long-lasting tempered steel blade, a blade hood to avoid splashing, an anti-slip grip at the optimum angle to minimize fatigue and designed to not roll or fall work counters. If that s not enough, the blender wand easily disconnects without tools and is dishwasher safe.
The XM-21 can process food in containers up to 13 qt with its 0.41 Hp motor. Variable speeds (1500-15000 rpm) allow for a range of final textures from demanding blending to delicate and airy emulsions
