The Vollrath Wear-Ever Heavy-Duty Bun Pan is made 20% stronger than other baking sheets with an aluminum construction that heats up and cools down quickly. It has a concave bottom that flattens for even heating while the tapered sides provide space-efficient stacking storage. Plus, the wire rimmed sides are made of durable galvanized nonrusting rods that prevent the pan from warping.
