The commercial prep station has a front-breathing design that allows the station to be pushed against a wall or cabinet.
The prep station is made of strong stainless steel and features an ABS interior that won t chip, dent or corrode. Each door section includes one epoxy-coated wire shelf while the interior cabinet has foamed-in-place polyurethane keeps energy costs low.
This commercial 30 pan prep station has dual pan brackets that allow the pans to be lowered by an additional inch. It has casters to maneuver the prep table for simple cleaning while the R290 refrigerant offers a reliable performance.
