The interior is made of clear-coated aluminum with stainless steel coved corners and features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

The commercial sandwich prep station includes four heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves. It features a patented forced-air design that holds a temperature of 33°F to 41°F. Designed with a factory-engineered, self-contained tube system that uses an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.

Includes an 8.875 deep removable cutting board for improved prep efficiency. The casters make moving the prep table easy for more efficient cleaning.
